Refund policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme seats invoiced by Automationhub360. Informational website prices are not charges. Consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment, provided the cohort has not started and you have not accessed more than the orientation materials. For distance contracts where UK consumer cooling-off applies, we honour that period as required by law.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before the midpoint (for Close Cycle Studio, before session four begins), we may offer a partial refund of 40% of the seat fee, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs already incurred. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as we agree in writing for exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement).

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site facilitation travel booked at your request, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable once delivered.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

How to request a refund

Email contact@automationhub360.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. You may also call 307 1786 4530 or write to 8 Monks Way; Tortington; BN18 1WF; United Kingdom.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Seat transfers

Unused seats may be transferred to a colleague in the same organisation up to seven days before the first session, subject to our written confirmation.

Exceptions

We may refuse refunds where materials were copied in breach of our terms, or where payment disputes are already open with a card issuer for the same invoice.
