These terms govern your use of automationhub360.digital and enrolment in Automationhub360 programmes. By accessing the site or purchasing a seat (via invoice), you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or programmes. Organisation purchasers warrant they have authority to bind their company to these terms for all enrolled seats.

Services

Automationhub360 provides educational training related to month-end audit preparation practices. Website pricing is informational. A binding agreement forms when we confirm enrolment in writing and you pay the invoiced fee (or we agree written payment terms).

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, recordings, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for internal business use by enrolled participants. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or train competing products on our materials.

Participant conduct

You must not share login credentials for live sessions, upload unlawful content, or misuse alumni channels. We may remove participants who disrupt cohorts, without refund beyond what our refund policy allows.

No professional advice

Training is educational. It is not audit, legal, tax, or accounting advice for your specific facts. You remain responsible for judgements in your financial statements and systems.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the site or programmes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website availability

We aim for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
